Accreditations at the Hangar 14

🚌 Station Cours du Médoc (direct from the train station St Jean and the city centre)

The representative of the company/sports association collects the accreditations, vouchers and packages for the entire delagation at the Hangar 14 on Tuesday, 13th June from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Wednesday, 14th June from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A single and nomitative accreditation is given to each participant. This accreditation is your pass to enter the Hangar 14, the competition and festive venues, and also allows you to take part in the sportif and festive programmes of the Games. It is personal and must be visible throughout the event.

With the accreditations, the representative collects the participants’ packages and copies of bulletin n°3. For bigger delegations, these packages could be heavy and uncomfortable to carry.

Vouchers

Representatives also collect the participants’ vouchers who had booked lunches and dinners. Each participant must bring his vouchers to pick up his lunch and get access to the buffet at the Hangar 14 for dinner.

Tuesday: green

Friday: yellow

Saturday: purple

Dinners

Wednesday: orange

Tuesday: red

Friday: blue

Saturday: pink
