RULES:

Individual competitions with women’s ranking and men’s ranking.

Exclusively mixed team competitions.

A team is made up of a total of 3 athletes (at least 1 woman or 1 man).

The participants are divided into 5 age categories. The year of birth determines the age category (not the entire birth date):

  • Category A: 18-30 years old – (2005 – 1993)
  • Category B: 31-40 years old – (1992 – 1983)
  • Category C: 41-50 years old – (1982 – 1973)
  • Category D: 51-60 years old – (1972 – 1963)
  • Category E: Over 60 – (born in 1962 and before)

 

The organization may decide to group certain categories according to the number of participants.

No age category for the relays.

 

The following events take place:

 

  • Races: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m – men’s 4 x 100 m relay – women’s 4 x 100 m relay – mixed 4 x 100 m relay
  • Jumps: long jump – high jump
  • Throws: shot put – javelin throw

 

Participants can take part in all the events of their choice.

 

In the team tournament, a team is made up of a total of 3 athletes (at least 1 woman or 1 man) who must compete in the following 4 events: 100m, 1500m, long jump and shot put.

 

Unless otherwise specified in these rules, the rules of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) apply.
