The European Company Sport Games 2023 pre-reservation system for your lunch and dinner is a convenient and eco-friendly process.

All you need to do is to download the form below that will allow each company to pre-reserve lunch and dinner for its participants during the games.

There should only be one document per company, which has to be sent to ecsg2023@ffse.fr before May, 6^th 2023.

In order to simplify your internal communication, you can get the form as a Google Drive document and edit it until May, 6^th 2023. Please, ask for this specific request by email.

You will receive, at the time of the accreditations, tickets that will be exchangeable for your lunch and dinner.

Wednesday 14/06: 6 p.m.–11 p.m. Thursday 15/06: 6 p.m.–11 p.m.

Friday 16/06: 6 p.m.–11 p.m. Saturday 17/06: 6 p.m.–11 p.m.

Starter – Main Course – Cheese – Dessert

Buffet with several booths (cold or hot starters, various main courses, multiple choices of cheeses and desserts). Drinks not included.
