RULES:

 

Gender-neutral team competition. Teams can either be mixed, feminine or masculine.

All teams must report to the tournament organization no later than 30 minutes before the start of their first meeting.

Thursday, June 15 : 9 a.m.: Group 1 / 11:30 a.m.: Group 2 / 2:30 p.m.: Group 3 / 5 p.m.: Group 4

Friday, June 16 : 9 a.m.: Group 2 / 11:30 a.m.: Group 1 / 2:30 p.m.: Group 4 / 5 p.m.: Group 3

Each team consists of 4 players.

Women are awarded 5 pins per handicap game.

If a team is missing a player or if a player has to leave the game due to injury, 125 pins per game are scored on the scorecard.

An absent player may be substituted, however, the substitute may not belong to another team.

All games are played in European style (no lane changes).

Each team plays 3 games per round (preliminary round and intermediate round).

The groups are ranked according to their respective total number of pins scored in the 6 matches.

In the event of a tie in the total number of pins between two or more teams, the tie is broken by the team with the higher clearance.

The last day (Saturday): The first and second placed teams from the groups (30 teams) – 15 teams from group A and 15 teams from group B then play a match first (pinscore).

After that, the top 16 teams (top 8 teams from each group) play in the quarter-finals, then the top 8 teams play in the semi-finals, and then the top 4 teams play in the finals (the pins score a game of each).

The oiling used will be a 41 foot crown jewel.
