3:00 p.m – Withdrawal of bibs

4:15 p.m – Collective warm up

4:30 p.m – Start of the race

Top 3 Women and Men for each category (A to E) will be rewarded

5:30 p.m – Reward ceremony for 5km / 6 p.m – Reward ceremony for 10km

 

RULES:

 

Individual competitions with women’s ranking and men’s ranking.

The following events take place: 5 km – 10 km.

The participants are divided into 5 age categories. The year of birth determines the age category (not the entire birth date).

 

• Category A: 18-30 years old – (2005 – 1993)
• Category B: 31-40 years old – (1992 – 1983)
• Category C: 41-50 years old – (1982 – 1973)
• Category D: 51-60 years old – (1972 – 1963)
• Category E: Over 60 – (born in 1962 and before)
