COMPETITION DAYS:

Thursday, 15th June: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Doubles qualifications)

Friday, 16th June: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Triples qualifications)

Saturday, 17th June: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Finals)

RULES:

Gender-neutral team competitions. Teams can either be mixed, feminine or masculine.

The following tournaments take place :

  •  Doublets – a team consists of 2 players, each player throws 3 balls.

5 qualifying games per team after which the 64 best teams will play knockout matches.

  • Triplets – a team consists of 3 players, each player throws 2 balls.

5 qualifying games per team after which the 64 best teams will play knockout matches.

 

Each team will be assigned a badge with their team number. Only the badge holder must report to the scorer’s table to transmit the result at the end of each game.

Participants can compete in both tournaments.

The games are played in 13 points with a duration limited to 45 minutes (plus an additional jackpot).

The semi-finals and finals are played in 13 points without time limit.

Unless otherwise specified in these rules, the rules of the Fédération Internationale de Pétanque (FIPJP) apply.
