Individual competitions with women’s ranking and men’s ranking.

Women’s team, men’s team and mixed teams classifications (with a minimum of one woman for mixed teams).


Participants will be divided into 5 age categories. The year of birth determines the age category (not the entire birth date):

  • Category A: 18-30 years old – (2005 – 1993)
  • Category B: 31-40 years old – (1992 – 1983)
  • Category C: 41-50 years old – (1982 – 1973)
  • Category D: 51-60 years old – (1972 – 1963)
  • Category E: Over 60 – (born in 1962 and before)

The organization may decide to group certain categories according to the number of participants.

No age category for the relays.


The following events take place:

Thursday 15/06: Individual race format S : 750 m swimming – 20 km cycling – 5 km running

Thursday 15/06: Relay race format S : Relay runner n°1 – 750 m swimming / Relay runner n°2 – 20 km cycling / Relay runner n°3 – 5 km running

Friday 16/06: Team relay race format XS :

Relay n°1 – 300 m swimming / 8 km cycling / 2 km running

Relay n°2 – 300 m swimming / 8 km cycling / 2 km running

Relay n°3 – 300 m swimming / 8 km cycling / 2 km running

If a team is incomplete, a participant can perform several relays.

In addition to the team classification, an individual scratch classification will be established.

Participants can take part in one of the two races on Thursday 15/06 and in the race on Friday 16/06.

Bib pick-up is from 3:30 p.m. each day.

Competitors must put their bikes in the bike park from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

The race briefing is at 4.50 p.m. and the starts at 5 p.m.

Neoprene suit must be worn if water temperature is below 16° and not allowed above 24.5°

Races take place with drafting authorised. Concerning the drafting, any competitor must have a bike in accordance with article 6.5.4. FFTRI regulations. Since 2023, all extensions are prohibited. Spoked wheels will have a minimum of 20 spokes. Lenticular wheels are not allowed on tests with suction shelters. Each wheel will be equipped with a braking system. Time trial bikes are prohibited.

Unless otherwise specified in these rules, the rules of the International Triathlon Federation apply.
