Registrations end on February, 25th 2023
Following the extension of the deadline announced a couple of days ago, the general conditions and payment/refund deadlines have been extended for people registering in February.
Beyond February, 25th 2023, registrations will only be accepted in disciplines up to a limit of available places. Registration will then cost €245, whereas all registrations made before February, 25th 2023 will remain at the cost of €180.
Note : Accommodations available on the platform are not concerned by the extension of the deadline.
Thanks to the pass included in the registration fees, participants will be able to use the Bordeaux Metropole public transport network before, during and after the Games.
With 4 tramway lines and 79 bus lines, participants will be able to commute by public
transports. This goal is important for our organization, which we want to be as eco-friendly as possible.
Except for the golf courses and some beach volleyball sites for which specific shuttles will be organized, all sites are located less than a 5 minutes’ walk from a tramway or bus stop. The Hangar 14 is located near all tramway lines.
The pass offered to each participant will also allow you to travel on the “BatCub” which brings you by boat from one bank of the city to the other throughout the day.
You will receive your pass per email a few days before the event. It is a digital pass, available for 7 days after its first use (no matter what day you arrive on).
Note: This code is unique and can only be used on one smartphone. Don’t delete the app once you have used the code.
The pass is valid for 7 days after its first use.
Many of you wish to rent bikes for your stay.
Here are a few contractors in Bordeaux that could provide you with what you are looking for:
Don’t hesitate to contact them now to allow your participants to use bikes to commute during the Games.
From Tuesday, 13th June on, STAFF members will be on site at the airport and the Saint-Jean train station to help you out with your pass and help you go to the Hangar 14, where you will get your accreditations.

The French Federation for Company Sport is happy and proud to welcome around 8,000 participants for the 24th edition of the European Company Sport Games from June, 14th to 18th 2023 in Bordeaux.
“The Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Bordeaux Métropole and the city of Bordeaux, hotelkeepers and local sport organisations are among many local actors, who have been involved for many years in order to welcome you in the best way. As we work close together, the Organising Committee thus hopes to offer you a competition and sports infrastructures that come up to the event, in a unique setting for 4 days of conviviality and sharing. On each site and at the Hangar 14, 1,000 involved volunteers will help you enjoy the destination.
Our Committee is committed to implementing an environmentally and socially responsible event. Environmental issues related to catering, waste management and transport are anticipated to limit the environmental impact. Volunteers are recruited from civil society in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and particular attention is paid to educational institutions and youth integration.
The European Commission has placed its trust in us and recognises the particular values of this international event.
We are therefore proud to welcome you and to offer a few days of happiness and well-being to a large European community, rich in its diversity. We thank you for your trust and for joining hundreds of European companies and thousands of people who will be present in Bordeaux in June.
Happy Games to everyone.”
Frédéric Delannoy, National technical director, French Federation for Company Sport, France
