CATERING

Meals are not included in the registration price but can be booked online.

VALIDATION OF REGISTRATIONS

Once you have registered online, you will receive a confirmation email and then your invoice. Your registration will only be considered valid once the invoice payment has been made.

Registrations are possible within the limits of available places.

Registrations are only made online and considered in a chronological order. They can only be considered valid for the company/the participant once the invoice has been issued by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee can refuse certain registrations if the maximum number of participants is reached in the requested discipline or if the number of registered participants does not allow the organization of a sports competition.

PAYMENT TERMS

Participation must be paid by bank transfer within 30 days after the Organizing Committee issued the invoice. Otherwise, registrations can be cancelled by the Organizing Committee in order to benefit people on the waiting list.

CONCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation by the participant, the Organizing Committee will apply following refund rules:
* Cancellation before 14/03/2023: 100% refund of registration.
* Cancellation between 14/03/2023 and 13/04/2023: 50% refund of registration.
* Cancellation after 14/04/2023: no refund of registration.
